We were interviewed by Mediacorp Channel 8 News in response to the rising demand for on-site bicycle repair services in Singapore, as more cyclists seek to get a convenient solution.
These are some of the common queries from our new customers.
For HDBs and condominiums, services are provided in the car park or at the washing bay right in front of our Mobile Workshop van. For landed properties, servicing is done outside your residence, where space permits.
Service durations range from 60 - 120 minutes, depending on the specific services required and the condition of the bicycle.
Customers are encouraged to test their bicycle to conclude the services. Should any issues arise shortly after the service, we will be just a call away.
In rare cases where soldering is required or if our mobile workshop does not carry your spare parts, we will get your permission to bring your bicycle to our workshop at Ubi to complete the servicing before bringing it back to you.
Should your bicycle break down during a ride, we offer on-site assistance anywhere in Singapore, as long as the location is accessible by our Mobile Workshop van.
